		CABERNET SAUVIGNON, 2004, Estate "Old Block" Medium dark ruby. Black cherry, currant and earthy mocha aromas. Cherry, herb, vanilla-oak and light currant on the palate. Medium bodied with nice earth and spice on the finish. (SOLD OUT)

		CABERNET SAUVIGNON, 2005, Estate "Old Block" Medium dark ruby. Soft cherry, currant and oak aromas. Balanced, oak-infused cherry, plum, and currant flavors. Moderate tannins with lingering oak and cherry.

		PENMAN RESERVE CABERNET SAUVIGNON, 2004, Estate Concentrated nose of currant, cherry, and tobacco with oak and loamy earth. Rich flavors of currant, cassis, black cherry, and well-integrated oak with mineral notes. The ripe core of fruit is countered by solid tannins.
